Our mission
Specialize in providing the Finest Quality Beef Jerky in IDAHO. Gem State Jerky offers 12 irresistible flavors of Beef Jerky. Our Beef is locally sourced from an Idaho local butcher; we then use only the finest of ingredients including locally grown hot peppers, Red and Green Hatch Chile’s from New Mexico to marinate our Beef Jerky to PERFECTION! We do not use additives or preservatives in our Beef Jerky.
